Aim of Course

Being a parent is probably the most rewarding, but difficult job you'll ever do. This course will help you to support and give you the skills that will help you achieve what you want to, as a parent.

Every family has different values and goals, and the challenges of meeting them change as children grow. Our skills can be applied to suit any family and their children's different personalities, ages and stages, giving mums and dads a united front from which to work.

No one can be a perfect parent, but with the right tool-kit we can help you make family life the best it can be. We only have one opportunity to raise our children...why not give it your best shot.

• How to create an effective learning environment in your home
• How to keep children safe
• How to encourage healthy habits and how to promote physical activity
• Discover techniques to help children communicate, solve problems, develop social skills, and build self-esteem
• Quick and easy ways to give yourself time to re-connect and meet your own needs
