Aim of Course
Equality and Diversity is a field that everyone is aware of but few of us have a good understanding of what it really is and how to put policies into practice. This practical, interactive course gives delegates the opportunity to explore both the meaning and outcomes of Equality and Diversity. The content is provided in a friendly, non patronising format in which delegates are encouraged to engage but never put on the spot.
