Aim of Course

This course gives delegates the chance to explore and discuss disability in an open and frank environment. Different models of disability are explored together with strategies to encourage accessibility, respect and fairness in the workplace and the community. Delegate participation is encouraged in a relaxed environment.

• Practical integration in the workplace and community
• Intentions versus Outcomes: ensuring both are positive
