Donor Queries

CCM provides a full and intuitive mechanism for querying donors, donations and regular giving agreements. There is a selection predefined result types including:

• Full Addresses
• Full Donations
• Email Addresses
• Telephone Numbers
• Donations Summary
• Grouped Fields - Allowing for any combination of output fields

The results can not only be auto-emailed to a chosen email addresses, the query can also be scheduled to run:

• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Quarterly

If the large combination of standard query criteria is not enough, there is a SQL Where Clause option to specify any combination of search and restriction possibilities. Don't worry if you don't know SQL, we are here to help.
