Donor Correspondence

A complete history of all correspondence sent to the donor and received from the donor is stored within CCM. Along with the internal processes within CCM (e.g. whenever a certain action is performed), the history for each individual donor is maintained forever.

Donations and History

Keeping accurate records of "each and every" donation is paramount in any charity. CCM, not only ensures that complete records are maintained, but with full security, ensures that historical data can not be tampered with. Receipts can be reprinted and full accoutability is easily maintained, providing donors with a sense of reassurance.

Automatic Letters

Inherent within CCM are donor letter templates where a template only needs designing once and can be merged with any number of donors with a click of a button. The actual letter sent to the donor can also be stored within CCM, to provide a greater level of historical record of communication with the donor.

HTML Emails

In additon to the standard snail-mail letter, CCM provides full HTML email functionality. Design the email template, select your donors and send - as simple as that! Likewise, all emails (inc. automatic system emails) are recorded within CCM, to provide a fine level of historical record.
