Sometimes mistakes happen! CCM provides field-level auditing on the most important structures within CCM. You can ascertain these types of changes:

• Select - Which data was viewed (available for 24 hours)
• Update - Which record was updated in the database
• Insert - Which record was inserted into the database
• Delete - Which record was deleted from the database

The auditing screen will show you who (which user) did that action, which screen were they in when they did it and also date and time (including second) when the action occurred.
