All prices are subject to VAT. The installation amount includes the 1st months fee and must be paid before CCM is enabled. The CCM monthly price is due on the 1st of each calendar month, starting from month 2, with a minimum contract of 12 months. Thereafter, 1 month notice of termination must be provided. See payment options below.
All CCM support and training is provided by CSS (Core Services and Solutions) Ltd. They are the official CCM support partner.
- Bronze/Silver - Maximum 8 hours response
- Gold/Gold-Plus - Maximum 4 hours response
- During appeals/busy times, telephone support will be extended from 9am to 12am.

If you wish YDM to integrate another payment service provider (PSP) with CCM, this may be chargeable.
Direct Debit donations – The customer must provide its own Originator’s Id (SUN), or use one of the direct debit bureaus which YDM recommend. We can help customers to obtain DD processing capabilities, with or without a dedicated SUN. Full details and a quote can be provided on request.

If paying monthly by direct debit, please note that YDM Ltd has appointed the BACS Approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited (www.eazycollect.co.uk), to collect your payments and Eazy Collect will be shown on your bank statement. If paying annually, a discount of 10% on the overall 12 months cost will be provided.
For onsite setup – Please contact us and we will discuss your exact requirements. Alternatively, please review the installation options available. As an indication, the costs for onsite setup are approximately 50% more than the online setup.
