If the charity does not have it's own SUN (Service User Number), not to worry - we can arrange it so that your charity can begin to take direct debit donations within 2 weeks of signing up!

Monthly Credit Card Agreements

Without a UK bank account, how can donors donate on a monthly basis? The answer is to offer them monthly credit card agreements. After creating the agreement in CCM, automatically and without fail, the card is debited for the amount agreed. There's also a simple intuitive screen to display those cards that were authorised, declined, or failed for any other reason.
