Most charities have a website which accepts donations. How many have websites where the information is automatically updated with data from their internal system? Or how many charities have websites were an action on the website is automatically propogated to their internal charity system?
Well CCM does both of these.
Integrated Website Donations Example
Every CCM customer is provided with a fully automated donation processing website. It is unique to the charity with the logo and information fed directly from within CCM. Below are examples of some of the settings that can be made in CCM, where the information is immediately available on the web.

Each donation combination can be specified in CCM, ensuring that only valid combinations of donations are available to the donor. Even the donation text and auto-email text (which is sent to the donor) can be specified within CCM.

Donations
When the donor makes a donation on the web, or if they sponsor an orphan (for example), the information is immediately transmitted into CCM. There are many inherent features within the process to ensure that any obscure or invalid information is sifted out before the data is entered into CCM.
For example, by checking the donor/address with the data in CCM, new donor records are only created if it is not already present in CCM. Similarly, an final error-checking module is provided so that the accounts department verfiies and double-checks that the donation breakdown is correct before actually inserting into the donations breakdown system of CCM.
Sponsorship
Another feature requested by our customers, was the ability to display unsponsored orphan/student cases so they are automatically displayed on the web. By linking this process with the website, when an orphan (for example) is sponsored on the web, then the spsonsored status is automatically triggered in CCM, ensuring that another donor does not sponsor the same orphan.
