Real-time Credit Card Authorisation

Taking credit/debit card donations is quite common. Accepting real-time authorisation of credit card payments is also available.

CCM however, not only provides real-time credit card donation processing, but the donor and donation information is also available in the same system. This flexibility alone is a great time-saving feature during busy appeals.

Fact: With CCM and the in-built real-time credit card donation system, the time taken between taking the authoirsed credit card donation and sending the emailed receipt to the donor is around 1 second. Now that's efficient!

Direct Debit Processing

Many charities are still using bank standing order payments for their regular giving customers. However, accepting direct debit donations has never been easier!

CCM caters for charities with or without their own SUN (Service User Number). If the charity has it's own SUN, they can continue to use the existing transmission mechanism to send the direct debit collection files. CCM will produce the files correctly formatted to easily link with any 3rd party solution.

If the charity does not have it's own SUN, we can help the charity to begin receiving direct debit donations within 2 weeks. There are a couple of choices available, so please get in touch to discuss your options.

If you use our recommended direct debit bureau, CCM would then be fully-automated with the direct debit collection process. There are no manual files to send, no manual copy and pasting of files and no manual submissions to make - It's all automated!
